Founder / Chairman
Vince graduated from NYU in 1963 with a BS in Finance. He started his career as a salesman in the printing industry eventually owning his own printing company. In 1994, Vince sold the business and transitioned into the finance and investments as an Investment/financial adviser with the North Shore Financial Group, an office of Metlife eventually retiring in 2014.
As a resident of Huntington, Vince is active in many local organizations and is a vibrant member of the Huntington community while being an active chamber member since 2005 serving on various committees and volunteering for events.
Vince is the President of "The MaryJayne Casillo Foundation for Breast Cancer Research" a foundation started in honor of his late wife and to raise funds for breast cancer research and donate the proceeds of its fundraising efforts to Memorial Sloan Kettering Center and to local charities such as the Huntington Breast Cancer Coalition, the Townwide Fund and Splashes of Hope.
Executive Director / Treasurer
Jennifer has been in the financial services industry for the past 19 years. Beginning her career as a teller, Jennifer has had experience in all areas of banking over those years. Her experience ranges from business development to commercial and consumer lending as well as insurance and investments. She currently holds the position of Vice President, Market Manager at Peoples United Bank for the Port Jefferson business market.
Jennifer has been an active member of the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce since 2007 and has served on the Board of Directors since 2012. In 2016 Jennifer became the Treasurer of the Chamber and serves on the Executive Board. She was the Chair of the Young Professionals committee from 2013-2016 and is currently the Co-Chair of the Women in Business Committee. Jennifer also supports the community through her involvement in other local organizations.
Jennifer is the co-founder and Treasurer of the MaryJayne Casillo Foundation for Cancer Research and Awareness, Inc. which was created in 2008. Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors and is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Huntington. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Huntington Library Foundation and serves on the Suffolk County Legislature Next Generation Advisory Council.
President
Eric Clemente, Director of Sales Operations for Alure Home Improvements, based in East Meadow, NY, is a seasoned sales, business development and marketing professional working over 15 years in the construction industry.
Eric has built a solid reputation of securing large scale relationships and transactions through his ability to assess situations and reach win-win resolutions combined with his attention to detail. Eric is responsible for optimizing the sales process and consumer experience working with the designers and management team in identifying team KPI’s. Eric is also be responsible for implementing, training, and managing new sales technology and the company CRM system. In addition he is responsible for of business development in the multi-family and commercial sectors of the business. Alure maintains its prominence in the remodeling industry doing business for over 73 years with $41mm in revenue while being an 8x Extreme Makeover Home Edition Contractor. Eric is also president-elect for CAI Long Island, NYS delegate for CAI Legislative Action Committee, and board member of the Mary Jayne Casillo Foundation.
Previously, Eric worked in the radio advertisement industry, followed by becoming a share-holding member and founding employee of a construction software company. He was instrumental in creating large scale national accounts with the nation’s largest contractors and buying groups including Aspen Contracting, RRSA, and SEN Kitchen & Bath Buying Group. Eric is also a licensed private investigator working with many top-level attorneys throughout Long Island.
Eric is active member in various professional networking groups as well as president elect of Community Associations Institute Long Island Chapter - the largest organization supporting community associations such as condos, coops, and HOAs in the United States. In October 2016, Eric was the recipient of the CAI-LI President’s Award, for recognizing his efforts, ideas, energy and execution in supporting the chapter. His efforts and influence are remarkable with a significant membership growth and increased association revenue.
Eric currently resides in Seaford and is an active participant in Wounded Warrior’s Project, New York City Patrolmen's Benevolent Association Widow and Children’s Fund, The INN (Interfaith Nutrition Network) and is the proud father and bonus dad of children, Eric (14), Madison (6), Harrison (5) and Jack (4).
Vice President
With more than eighteen years of experience in media and marketing, L.J. is a self-motivated individual who is constantly learning while providing her clients new ideas, trends, and marketing strategies that help them succeed. Her devotion to her clients' success has helped her achieve industry and company recognition as a new business specialist and more importantly, the on-going respect of the customers she serves. Prior to working in marketing, L.J. she spent six years broadcasting from being an on-air talent, hosting various events, and recording award winning commercials. Her all around expertise has provided her with a unique advantage of knowing how to tell a story, communicate with listeners/consumers, and provide all-around robust marketing campaigns that not only work but effectively communicate her clients story. L.J. has been awarded Account Manager of the Year (2010), New Business Account Manager of the Year (2009 & 2008), Internet Sales Manager of the Year (2007), Cox Media Group Presidents Circle (2016) and Long Island Iron Mom nominee (2018).
Prior to L.J.'s professional career with Cox Media group, she graduated from Hofstra University with a major in communications and on the Dean's List all four years. She was also the Hofstra Radio Station manager (WRHU-FM) from (1998 -2001) while obtaining many awards including Programmer Of The Year (2001), Special Achievement (2000), Outstanding Program (1999), Golden Key National Honor Society (1998).
L.J. is also an active member in various professional networking groups including LIBI (Long Island Builders Institute) and the Melville Chamber of Commerce where she won the associate of the year award in 2018.
L.J. currently resides in Seaford and is an active participant in The Ferro Foundation, LLS, along with many other charity organizations. She is also the proud mother and bonus mom of children, Eric (14), Madison (7), Harrison (5) and Jack (4).

Jerry Elfassy founded Progressive Consulting in 1989 and quickly established himself as a dynamic leader and Progressive into New York City's premier IT Consulting Firm.
Today, Progressive Consulting is located in Westbury NY and services clients throughout the country. Jerry is our Chief Strategy Officer, Trusted Technical Advisor, manages sales, business development and mentor's technicians and resources that he collaborates with.
Progressive Consulting is also home to Ideas Technology, a unique business incubator and collaborative workplace. Utilizing his technical aptitude and keen business sense, Jerry helps local technology and creative entrepreneurs define and reach their dreams.
Jerry is an avid and active networker. He is Founder and President of both Long Island Referral Network and Business Resource Partners and member of Elite Referral Group and the Aspire Networking Group.
Jerry loves to give back to the community whenever he can, donates new and used computers to those in need and sits on the Board of the Maryjayne Casillo Foundation for Cancer Research and Awareness.
Jerry is President of the Westbury Carle Place Chamber of Commerce and a director on the Board of the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce.
Prior to founding Progressive Consulting, Jerry worked as the Lead Instructor of a Cobol, Basic and RPG programming course at the New York School of Computer Technology, a Help Desk Analyst for Fred the Furrier, the Fur Vault, and a Project Manager for Paragon Business Systems in Ventura CA.
Jerry attended Queens College and New York Institute of Technology and resides in Long Island with his wife Allison and four children, Daniel, Jamie, Logan and Lexi.
